Throttle control Governing of Steam Turbines

Governing is a method used with steam turbines in order to control the power output of steam turbine keeping the rotational speed of turbine constant. According to the load requirement on real time basis the power output of steam turbine must be synchronised. Generally there are three types of governing used with steam turbines i.e. throttle control, Nozzle control and By pass governing. In this video lecture it can be  learnt that how the throttle control governing works (by the help of animations)
